Important reminders for your appointment. Please review the following information:
Communication:
- We will send you appointment reminders via email and text message prior to your visit.
- Emails will come from admin@helpmyallergy.com.
- Text messages will be sent from 714-919-9057.
- It is not required to answer to these messages unless instructed otherwise or if you have an urgent concern.
Medication Discontinuation:
- To ensure accurate allergy test results, you must discontinue all allergy medications at least four days prior to your appointment. There is a dedicated page for all the specific medications to avoid. Click here to access it.
Preparing for Your Appointment:
- Complete online forms: Please complete all necessary forms before your appointment. You can access them here: https://www.helpmyallergy.com/forms/. All records, identification, etc. shall be given directly to the doctor.
- Cashless Payment: We accept cashless payments only. You can make your secure payment online before your visit: link to Clover payment.
Location
We are located on SIXTH FLOOR in a shared office space and you will check in with the front desk. We are in the EAST TOWER, opposite UCI Health.
